Practicing drawing and "working" your firearm in the holster in the beginning is good practice. If the fit is extremely tight you can use the plastic bag trick to loosen the fit some. Leather will stretch so don't worry.

The leather could have been a better quality like another holsters that I bought from a allessi and other places more supple.

Good leather quality. A little thicker than I thought so a little bulkier for IWB concealed carry. Break-in period took a few days. Good for the price. Doesn't compare to 1791 but that's more pricey.

This is a really nicely made holster. Quality leather. Sits very comfortably for appendix carry. I carry a Sig 938, it does sit kind of deep in the holster making it a little more difficult than some to draw the weapon. That is the reason for 4 starts instead of 5. Definitely 5 starts for quality.

For glock 43 fits perfectly. I purchased this holster even though my current one is completely fine and functional because I wanted to see if a leather holster would be more comfortable. So far it has not disappointed. Being new and being leather, it is a little stiff and getting the weapon all the way in so that the trigger guard is covered makes it a little harder getting it out quickly and smoothly. I think after some time and repeat practice drawing, it will be fine and work like a well oiled machine. I am very satisfied with the quality of this item and the price that I paid for it..
